My journey began with a passion for dressing up in the same way that I want to be addressed, reflecting success and individuality through dress and behaviour. Standing out from the crowd isn't just about looking the part; it's about confidence, skills and a unique touch.

As a certified image consultant with 18+ years of experience, I quickly noticed the decline in social graces and civility in both workplace and social environments. It became clear that genuine quality goes beyond just a well-tailored suit. The right attitude, moral values and civic awareness are essential attributes that emanate from within. 

My certification from the number one Civility Expert Organisation - Civility Expert Worldwide, Winnepeg, Canada as the first Master Civility trainer in the UK in 2018  was as a result of the perceived urgency to bridge the uncivil divide in our workplaces and communities by arming people with the tools necessary to go from merely surviving to excelling. I expanded my business to include Grace Etiquette Academy, Civility, cultural and social competence training for corporate groups, train the trainer courses, keynote for organisations across various sectors, workshops and comprehensive individual social competence coaching and mentoring. 

These very important tools can give you an edge in our diverse global community. They enhance your understanding of different cultures and people, enrich your kindness and awareness, and empower you to excel in various social and professional settings.

In response, I refined my training approach, focusing on cultivating civility and a positive attitude that radiates grace. This has led to the creation of "The Bow Store UK" www.thebowstoreuk.com in 2020, a testament to my belief in the power of internal poise reflecting externally.
